Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates need to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, achieving a minimum aggregate of 50% and 50% in English. Alternatively, those with a Diploma or B.Sc in Pharmacy with at least 50% marks and valid registration are eligible.
Age Limit: For 10+2 candidates, the birth date must be between January 1, 2006, and January 1, 2010 (inclusive). For Pharmacy candidates, the birth date must be between January 1, 2003, and January 1, 2008 for unmarried individuals, and between January 1, 2003, and January 1, 2006 for married individuals.
Application Fee: The fee is ₹550 + GST, payable online.
How to Apply:
Applications must be submitted through the official CASB portal at airmenselection.cdac.in.
Required Documents: A recent color passport photograph (taken with the candidate holding a black slate with name and date), left-hand thumb impression, and signature are required.
Selection Process
- The selection process consists of four stages:
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT): This includes running, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats.
- Written Test: An objective test covering English, Reasoning, and General Awareness.
- Adaptability Test-II: This test assesses suitability for the IAF environment.
- Medical Examination: A final check of physical and medical standards.
