The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has officially released a massive recruitment notification for 9,175 vacancies of Constable (Technical & Tradesmen) and Pioneer Wing for the year 2026. Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:
- General Trades: Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent.
- Driver: 10th Pass + Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) Driving License.
- Mechanic Motor Vehicle: 10th Pass + 2-year ITI certificate in relevant trade + 1 year experience.
- Pioneer Wing: 10th Pass + 1 year experience in Masonry/Electrician trade.
2. Age Limit (as of January 1, 2026):
- Constable (Driver): 21 to 27 Years.
- All Other Trades: 18 to 23 Years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years) as per rules.

- SC / ST / All Category Female / Ex-SM: Exempted (Nil)

Selection Process
- The recruitment involves multiple rigorous stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 questions, 100 marks (Reasoning, GK, Math, Hindi/English).
- Physical Standard Test (PST): Height (Male: 170cm, Female: 157cm) & Chest (Male: 80-85cm).
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Race (e.g., 5km in 24 mins for most male trades).
- Trade Test: Practical check of your specific trade skills (Qualifying: 20/50 marks).
- Document Verification & Medical Exam.
