BPSC Project Manager Online Form 2026

The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially released the notification and opened the online application form for the Project Manager recruitment (Advt. No. 109/2025) in January 2026.

Eligibility & Salary
Education: Requires at least a second-class Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgical, Textile, Chemical, Computer, or Electronics & Telecommunication).
Salary: Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 9 (approx. ₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800 plus allowances).

Age Limit
Minimum Age - 21 Years
General (Male) - 37 Years
General (Female) / BC / EBC - 40 Years
SC / ST (Male & Female) - 42 Years
Age Relaxations
Special relaxations are provided as per Bihar government regulations:
Government Employees: Candidates who have been in continuous service for at least three years are eligible for a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit.
Persons with Disabilities (PwD): An additional 10-year relaxation is provided across all categories.
Ex-Servicemen: Eligible for a relaxation of 3 years plus the total period of their service, provided they have not crossed 53 years of age.

Application Fee
The application fee is generally ₹100 for all candidates.
Note: If you do not provide your Aadhaar number during registration, an additional biometric fee of ₹200 may be charged.

2. Registration: Register on the official portal using a valid email and mobile number.
3. Form Filling: Enter personal, educational, and contact details accurately.
4. Upload Documents: Upload a scanned signature and a clear photograph captured via webcam.
5. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee (typically ₹100 for general candidates, subject to notification specifics) via online methods like Net Banking or Credit/Debit Cards.
6. Final Submission: Verify details and print two copies of the submitted application form for future reference.
